Banana Muesli Pastry

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Yogood Glow Parfait Muesli Berries & Chia
- 4 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Milk
- 1 Medium Banana, diced
- 160gm of All-Purpose Flour
- 110gm of Cold Butter, diced
- 3 Tbsp Cold Water
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Fine Sugar
- A Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
- Some Honey, to taste.
Steps

1.Soak Yogood Glow Parfait Muesli Berries & Chia into fresh milk and add in yogurt and keep in fridge for an hour or overnight.

2.Add flour, salt & sugar into a bowl and mix well.

3.Add in cold butter into the mixture and mix until crumbly.

4.Stir in cold water slowly till soft dough is formed.

5.Wrap dough with cling wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

6.Next, rolling the dough into a thin layer, cut into 6 pieces with a round cutter.

7.Place the round dough into pie mould baking tin and poke some holes on it with a fork.

8.Put into preheated oven 195°C and bake for 25 minutes or till golden brown.

9.Set aside to cool and unmould it.

10.Fill in the overnight muesli, garnish with diced banana with cinnamon powder and honey glazing then served.
