Muesli Brûlée with Poached Pear

Ingredients
Ingredients A
- 1/2 Cup Yogood Glow Parfait Muesli
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Thick Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Tsp maple Syrup (optional)
Ingredients B
- 2 Whole Pears, peeled
- 4 Whole Plums or Peaches
- 4 Cups water
- Thumb Size of Ginger, sliced
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- Cooking Tips: Water must cover pears fully. Simmering duration is depending on the pear size and its ripeness.
Steps

1.Add in Ingredients A into a bowl and mix well, then keep refrigerated overnight.

2.Boil water into a pot and put in the pears to simmer for 45 minutes or until tender.

3.Remove pears from pot and keep the syrup.

4.Score a shallow cross on each plums or peaches and put into the syrup for simmering 5 minutes or until tender.

5.Remove plums or peaches from pot and set aside to cool, then peel off the skin.

6.Then, continue boiling the syrup in 15 minutes for thickening. Remove from heat and set aside.

7.Next, place the poached fruits onto the overnight muesli and adding some thick syrup to taste.

8.Put some yogurt around the pear and sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar on top of yogurt, then caramelize it with a blowtorch.
